First time making this and it was a success. Very low calorie, easy and pretty tasty. Based off of this recipe from allrecipes.com.

All you need is to boil the chicken breasts for 20 minutes, let cool and shred. I added a little garlic salt, onion powder and salt to the water.

While chicken is cooking, put the rest of the ingredients into a slow cooker (I omitted cilantro from the recipe and added chunky salsa for extra spice).

I cooked on high for four hours.

As it cooled down, I crisped up a tortilla to put on top.

And served with a cabernet! MMMMMMMM.
